Role : Incharge of engineering hiring for a couple of businessesSector : Technology, Internet, National lead, Confidential ; Non- tech hiringLocation : Bangalore or Hyderabad or Pune or Delhi or ChennaiRole :- Lead large hiring efforts of top notch tech talent- Team Leadership - lead a large team of managers and recruiters- Hiring of top notch engineers with IIT/BITS/NIT CS background working in top notch tech companies, startups, matured ecommerce giants etc- Identify and create sustainable talent pool- Creatively tap untapped resource pool- Lead efforts to attract global talent- Effectively use social media to engage with talent pool- Proactively ensure vendor identification, nurturing and elimination is a seamless process- Ensure latest in recruitment technology and tools- Build employer brandExperience Range : 18-22 years
