Responsibilities:

As the Manager of PropertyGuru Group\'s Technical recruiting, you will sit on the Group Talent Acquisition Leadership team and hold responsibility for a team of international recruiters. You\'ll be accountable for operational excellence throughout the recruitment process, with a specific focus on our Product & Technology job families, as well as pushing forward incremental changes and improvements to ensure the Group\'s aspirations to be an employer of choice are realized.

You will be based onsite in Bangalore and report directly to the Group leader of Talent Acquisition based in Singapore.

Growing and nurturing talent in your team as we build the operating model will be a large part of this role.

You\'ll likely come from a fast-paced international environment and bring innovative new recruiting solutions to the table. Ideally you will have a background in consumer and technology industries. Career stability will be a critical factor in our selection process.

  • Build trusted relationships with our Product & Technology stakeholders, facilitating inclusive, innovative initiatives and breaking down internal silos
  • Understand and build strategic plans to support our immediate and future hiring needs through alignment with business leaders
  • Coaching business leaders and Hiring Managers to improve the way we hire top talent
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of committed, skilled recruiters, empowering them to hire exceptional candidates and bar-raisers for PropertyGuru Group
  • Achieve target staffing levels while also driving data-driven experimentation to enhance the quality of hires
  • Ensure operational excellence throughout the recruitment process, designing globally-aligned initiatives that ensure both Hiring Managers and candidates have a first-class recruitment experience
  • Hands-on senior recruitment delivery of positions across multiple different functions and levels as necessary
  • Adapting PropertyGuru\'s employer brand to your job families and being a proactive employer brand ambassador
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years of team management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
  • Previous experience in hiring for the Southeast Asia market would be advantageous
  • Experience building strong partnership relationships with Business leaders and working alongside HR Business partners in a COE model
  • Coaching and change management experience
Responsibility for negotiating senior job offers that include an equity component
  • Strong business acumen, proficient in leveraging data to make informed decisions
  • Demonstrated skill in upskilling and supporting recruiters in achieving ambitious targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, acting with a sense of ownership and urgency
  • Experience connecting with stakeholders in different countries and a remote workforce
  • Keen interest in technology and industry trends
We operate a flexible working policy and you should plan to be in our office (near Garuda Mall) for ~ 3days per week, liaising both with stakeholders in India and in Singapore/SE Asia.
Domestic relocation support to Bangalore is available for the right person.
