Responsibilities:
As the Manager of PropertyGuru Group\'s Technical recruiting, you will sit on the Group Talent Acquisition Leadership team and hold responsibility for a team of international recruiters. You\'ll be accountable for operational excellence throughout the recruitment process, with a specific focus on our Product & Technology job families, as well as pushing forward incremental changes and improvements to ensure the Group\'s aspirations to be an employer of choice are realized.
You will be based onsite in Bangalore and report directly to the Group leader of Talent Acquisition based in Singapore.
You should apply if you\'re a person who is comfortable in a player-coach role, being both extremely practical and hands-on, trusted to get things done quickly to a high standard, and is also a change-agent, coach, mentor and role model to others. Growing and nurturing talent in your team as we build the operating model will be a large part of this role.
You\'ll likely come from a fast-paced international environment and bring innovative new recruiting solutions to the table. Ideally you will have a background in consumer and technology industries. Career stability will be a critical factor in our selection process.
