The Strategy and Transformation Enablement team is chartered to bring together strategy, business process, architecture, data and innovation at scale to enable supply chain transformations. The team in Bangalore is integral to enabling this strategy through execution vision in addition to representing SCT in the region to foster collaboration across other supply chain functions. Who You'll Work With

The Transformation Enablement Leader works closely with the SCT and function leaders on transformation priorities. You will lead the SCT team in Bangalore to provide seamless support in driving global strategy and transformation initiatives. You will also work with your peer-leaders in the APJ region to develop partnership and initiative pipeline for SCT engagement.

What You'll Do

The Transformation Enablement Leader will be responsible for leading the Bangalore team's support for key global initiatives across strategy, business process architecture and data. You will develop the team to foster a culture of innovation across supply chain. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships, possess people leader experience to recruit and mentor staff and demonstrate leadership skills to represent SCT in the APJ region.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across the supply chain leveraging the Bangalore team expertise

Partner with architecture and data teams to enable global transformation

Lead the innovation initiatives to explore disruptive technology, conduct rapid prototyping and support scaling to enterprise solutions

Represent SCT in the region to foster collaboration

Accountable for driving initiative pipeline for SCT engagement in the region

Accountable for execution of cross functional priorities in the APJ region

Responsible for recruiting top talent, onboarding, and mentoring through formal and informal coaching

Responsible for identifying skill gaps and shaping training curriculum for Bangalore staff in collaboration with site leadership

Who You Are

You are someone who has built their expertise through experience, both running the business and leading change. You have hands on knowledge of multiple supply chain functions (Planning, Sourcing, Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics), and have successfully led cross functional teams through large transformational initiatives. You are low ego but confident, relying on relationships along with data and facts to help guide teams through change.

Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelors+10 years, Masters+8 or PHD+5 years of relevant supply chain experience

Minimum 3 years managerial experience

Experience delivering large cross-functional initiatives

Experience in incubating ideas and rapid proto-types

Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain data and business processes

Proven ability to develop leaders through coaching, attracting top talent and empowering teams to be their best

Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration

Ability to deliver results and work multi-functionally to position and orchestrate a solution consisting of multiple products
