POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Title: Business Transformation Leader - India
Primary Location: Hyderabad
Role Description and Purpose Business transformative role: Responsible for driving growth, optimization and cost reduction efforts across the entire organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Empower initiative owners with the knowledge and skills to drive business improvement through expert coaching and training.
- Lead the implementation of transformation project processes, proven to increase efficiency and drive positive outcomes
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts.
- Champion change management initiatives, driving widespread adoption and successful integration of new processes and strategies.
- Continuously measure and evaluate the impact of business transformation initiatives to drive ongoing improvement.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the design and steer the Transformation Program for India, shaping the future of the business and delivering exceptional results.
- Spot opportunities and devise innovative strategies to turbocharge productivity and efficiency, leaving a lasting impact.
- Bring strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to the forefront, taking on new and exciting challenges with confidence.
- Be a subject matter expert and share your extensive knowledge of industry-best practices on business transformation, driving change and shaping the future.
- Ensure a well-run program with robust governance and tracking, guaranteeing the successful delivery of the business plan.
- Champion the measurement, formulation, tracking, and reporting of the program, making sure it\'s always performing at its best.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, creating a culture of teamwork and success.
- Breathe life into idea generation sessions and workshops, sparking new ideas and accelerating value.
- Foster a high-performance culture that celebrates continuous improvement and innovation, valuing learning and a commitment to excellence.
- Mentor and guide initiative owners, helping them turn their ideas into realities, and ensuring their success.
- Overcome roadblocks and challenges, and escalate any issues to senior management with creative solutions.
- Share the exciting progress of the program with stakeholders, showcasing your hard work and impact through reports and presentations.
Metrics:
- Project completion rate: Percentage of projects successfully completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
- Cost savings: Quantifiable savings generated from business transformation initiatives.
- Return on investment (ROI): The financial return generated from the transformation program.
- Time to value: The time taken from initiation to realizing the benefits of the transformation initiatives.
- Process efficiency: Improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, as a result of the transformation program.
- Stakeholder satisfaction: Measure of satisfaction among stakeholders with the transformation program and its outcomes.
- Employee engagement: Measure of employee satisfaction with the transformation program and their level of involvement in the process.
- Compliance rate: The rate of compliance with policies, procedures, and standards established as part of the transformation program.
Critical Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s/PG degree in Business Administration, Management, engineering, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale business transformation programs or projects.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budget management and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and systems. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to manage stakeholders with bias to working in teams with an orientation to supporting other\'s to succeed.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in project and program management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Prince2 etc.).
- Knowledge of industry best practices on business transformation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex information to stakeholders.
- Ability to create and implement effective governance arrangements.
Preferred:
- An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, etc.) are highly valued.
- Demonstrated continuous professional development in business transformation methodologies and best practices is also preferred.
- Demonstrated and innate business intellect, achievement orientation and competitive spirit
- Demonstrated resilience and flexibility; adapts well to new circumstances and adversity.
