Your Role and Responsibilities

• Experienced Adobe Experience consultant in Adobe products like Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Platforms
• Managing end to end business requirements and design process.
• Leading the team of technical analysts and architects, guide them with the business direction
• Manage end to end business deliverables, ensuring that the deliverables adhere to the client software requirement guidelines and the require regulations and compliances
• Create and manage user stories for backlog creation on Jira and manage the user stories and task for the respective sprint
• Manage the delivery of the scope of work on AEM projects as per the agreed timeline Participate in requirement analysis session and seek required clarification
• Work closely with the client IT manager and help reporting weekly status and project updates
• Works with client business and IT manager to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables
• Engage in requirement analysis and convert user requirements to functional requirements
• Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with division to gain agreement for resolution
• Ensure software developed is held to high quality standards through code and design reviews.
• Interface with system integrators and IT engineers on projects to ensure proper adherence to SDLC and platform integrity.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Overall 10+ years of experience and knowledge on the various modules of Adobe Experience Management suite – Adobe Experience Manager ( both on prem and cloud versions)
• Good Knowledge experience in implementation of AEM end to end projects
• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Good to have Healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation will be a plus
• MBA from a premier business school will be an added advantage
