Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Lead DevOps

professional to oversee the design, implementation, and management of scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role involves leading DevOps initiatives, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and secure software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure high availability, scalability, and security. Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline deployment and operations. Monitor system performance and proactively address issues and bottlenecks. Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Ensure compliance with security and governance standards. Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote best practices across teams. Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, tooling, and system reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell). Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Deep understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. * Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, Azure DevOps Expert).
