Position: Lead - Partnerships ( AVP / Senior Manager) for Fintech Industry

Location : Gurgaon

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop new and manage existing partnerships with institutional debt capital providers like NBFCs, Banks, DFIs, Debt & Credit Funds, Investment Bankers, Strategic Debt Investors, Family Offices

2. Review & Negotiate Term Sheets and commercials, Transaction Documents with Capital Providers along with support of in-house legal team.

3. Ensure closure of capital raise from partners in coordination with Finance Team

4. Create and Maintain Data Rooms for Capital Providers

5. Work with Business Development, Credit and Legal team to review term sheets and transaction documentation of target companies

6: Track covenants and meet their timelines for with each capital provider

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:

1. MBA/CA with 7+ years of experience in a Client Facing Relationship Management / Partnership Management in the leasing OR financial services industry (asset leasing companies / banks / NBFC / rating agencies / Venture Debt firms)

2. Excellent stakeholder/people management skills (both internal and external)

3. Superb communication and negotiation skills

4. Ability to build, scale and improve processes

5. Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment

6. Demonstrated ability to think creatively, propose novel solutions, and solve complex challenges
