PRIVACY ANALYST(Assistant Manager-Lead Assistant Manager)

Review/Finalize the customer response and send:

- Mail responses, send the PDF to business owner for mailing it out

- Trouble shoot any questions from the app owners

- Onboard/Offboard apps to the privacy application

Participate in SAFE PI planning to understand requirements:

- Write and execute UAT test cases

- Work with Dev team to resolve issues

- Help other regional DPAs if they need help

- Follow up with app owners who do not complete their tasks on time

- Monitor the requests daily and escalate if there is a spike

- Maintain the DPA training/System documentation.

Required Skills:

- Overall 4+ years of IT experience working in multiple stakeholder setting

- Good written and verbal communications skills

- Good knowledge of SDLC, Development and Testing and formal Agile processes

- Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-program environment across a range of stakeholders

- Experience of writing UAT test cases

- Good documentation, process roadmap, process flow creation experience

- Assess the operational risks as part of the analysis and implementation planning and execution in conjunction with delivery managers

- Strong organizational skills and understanding of Jira, Confluence, Excel and Agile delivery methodology

- Enthusiastic and energetic problem solver to join an ambitious team

- Background in data privacy and security

- Some experience with technical stacks like programming languages (Java, Python etc.)

- Business analysis skills, defining and understanding requirements

- Attention to detail
