* Lead - Underwriting
Job Purpose
Co-ordination and handling of Business Loan underwriting projects
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Understand end to end current processes for loan application in SME segment 2. VOC with stakeholders for improvement opportunities 3. Prepare and maintain trackers for observations and quick fixes. 4. Prepare workflow designs with process improvement opportunities 5. Liaison & Interact with IT team for system feasibility 6. Prepare Business requirement documents for new builds 7. Perform user testing in new build and track observations 8. Perform data analysis to identify trends 9. Handle system related issues for the new build in testing environment 10. MIS and monitoring of adhoc data requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
* \xe2\x80\xa2 MBA with 2 years of experience \xe2\x80\xa2 MS Office proficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Project & Stakeholder Management
