Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Lead UI/UX Designer you will collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. You'll have the chance to make an impact across all end users of the web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

Lead user interface design for mobile applications at Luna. Quickly visualize and prototype design concepts through mood boards, hi-fidelity mockups, visual comps, and animations, effectively communicating design ideas and direction. Develop cohesive, elegant visual design systems and UI patterns, from conceptualization through final execution. Champion Luna's visual identity ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms and touchpoints. Clearly articulate visual design challenges and craft effective, user-centric solutions aligned with business goals. Efficiently iterate on designs based on feedback to deliver high-quality, visually compelling outcomes within tight timelines. Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless implementation. Manage and prioritize multiple visual design projects simultaneously, consistently balancing quality and deadlines.
Ideal Candidate

4+ years designing high-impact consumer mobile application design. A drive for excellence; an enthusiasm to constantly push the boundaries of the visual and user experience we create. Exceptional skills in UI design, complemented by solid UX fundamentals. Strong proficiency in rapid prototyping and visualization tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite). In-depth knowledge of modern UI trends and best practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design ideas and rationale. Ability to efficiently integrate constructive feedback into final designs. Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Concurrently. Strong fundamental knowledge of design principles, user behavior and design trends. Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and influencing skills. A strong balance between idealism and pragmatism in thought and action Being a thought leader when it comes to user experience and design in general An online portfolio of professional work is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,600,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per month

Strong UI/UX Designer profile, with a focus on Mobile Apps and Data-driven solutions Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 4+ years of experience in designing B2C mobile Apps, that show strong data visualization works (e.g., wearable tech, Fitness, Fin-Tech, or Health-tech apps) Mandatory (Experience 2): Should have designed mobile applications that display and interpret complex data (e.g., battery usage, health vitals, financial analytics) Mandatory (Portfolio): Strong Mobile App designs with complex Data-heavy designs (e.g., battery usage, health vitals, financials etc) Mandatory (Background): Must be from Top Design Institutes (e.g., NID, MIT, Design) OR from a Top-tier B2C product company with a high-quality mobile app design portfolio Mandatory (Company) - B2C Product Companies only (highly preferred - iOT Apps, Health Apps, Fin-Tech apps etc) Mandatory (Exclusion) - DONT want candidates who have mainly worked on catalog-based apps (like eCommerce, Quick Commerce etc)
