Key Responsibilities
1.Project Execution
Supervise foundation casting, tower erection, and conductor stringing
Monitor progress against project timelines and milestones
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
2.Technical Oversight
Review engineering drawings, route surveys, and tower spotting
Ensure proper sagging, tensioning, and clearances as per standards
Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to IS/IEC specifications
3.Quality & Safety
Implement Field Quality Plans (FQP) and ensure compliance
Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Proto tests, and Destruction tests
Enforce safety protocols during line stringing work and heavy equipment operations
4.Regulatory & Site Coordination
Manage Right-of-Way (ROW) issues and land acquisition
Liaise with forest/wildlife authorities for clearances
Ensure documentation and reporting as per regulatory norms
5.Commissioning & Handover
Support final testing and energization of the transmission line
Prepare handover documentation and punch lists
Assist in post-commissioning troubleshooting and stabilization
