About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant for Technology for the Chief Operating Office India & Philippines (TCOO I&P) In this role, you will: As part of TCOO I&P Business Office, support the leadership by providing full spectrum of business service functions as an Individual Contributor in a matrix reporting structure. Few of the responsibilities to be owned include but are not limited to business office management, program coordination, executive reporting, business reviews, content/ information repository management, communication and engagement management, survey reports, and event management for the assigned Sub-LOB. Monitoring and generating reports related to workforce, strategic initiatives and related management functions such as finance, risk and controls and people engagement. Tracking status, progress and completion of various initiatives, working as part of a team as also with key partners across other LoBs on business services tasks, SCM for eSOWs, vendors and contractor resource management, with HR on people management, Finance for LOB-specific information, Risk and Controls for risk management will all part of routine office functioning, as well as special/ emergent asks are critical to this role. Active participation in activities driven by the TCOO I&P Business Services Office and assisting other Individual Contributors for team achievements. Take single-point ownership of the below mentioned Sub-LoB specific: Executive Summaries, Business Reviews and reports Leadership presentations, business decks (PowerPoints) and documents (Word) Other related reports and presentations Take the lead as an individual contributor with single-point ownership of a reports dashboard, conduct analysis to support decision-making for all technology initiatives of TCOO I&P. Single Point of Ownership for planning and performing reporting and analyses to provide actionable information in support of decision-making. Perform exploratory analysis to identify co-relations existing in the data and generate insights. Leverage data visualization tools and alternative front-end solutions to delivering data to senior leadership. Perform ad-hoc analyses and drill down into data inconsistencies and perform root cause analysis for unusual trends. Work closely with Business and Technology Partners to generate new reports or modify current work products to optimize capabilities and improve efficiency. Follow all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions and ensure product fulfills objectives. Proactively seek opportunities to increase the value of analysis, improve process efficiency and functional throughput. Partner with other team members of TCOO I&P Business Services working in technology portfolio management and business office functions such as finance/budget management, supply chain management, workforce strategy, frontline risks management and technology controls, global transition management, business resiliency and BCP. Required Qualifications, US: 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education Required Qualifications, International: 12+ years of work experience, expertise in technology-business services, business office management and program management in large, matrixed organizations, preferably in the banking domain, or equivalent experience in consulting or demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. MUST have: excellent Powerpoint, Visio, Word and Excel skills, including pivots and macros Expert in preparing executive summaries and leadership decks in PowerPoint. Sharepoint advanced user experience in using WorkDay, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow. Proficient in analytics to assist decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Exemplary people skills. Good to have: Knowledge in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives.
