enterprise), and Passive Fibre Network operations. New installations.
Spearheaded the integration of Fibre, and Broadband teams into a unified tech
organization--improving collaboration, resource utilization, and service delivery.
Achieved INR 30 Cr in cost savings within 9 months by eliminating inefficiencies and driving
smart vendor negotiations.
Manage 9 Petabytes of traffic on daily basis and 4 terabits per second of total bandwidth
Spearheading the rollout of various enterprise-grade products and solutions, tailored to meet diverse
business needs across sectors such as media, BFSI, education, and government.
Overseeing large-scale broadband deployments and fibre network expansion projects to enhance
service reach and performance.
Redesigning team structures and workflows to align with industry SLAs and performance benchmarks.
Driving digital transformation initiatives to boost customer experience, operational agility, and service
quality.
Ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across IT and network infrastructure.
Overseeing all regulatory compliance requirement for DTV, ISP business and IT security.
Managing cross-functional teams, fostering innovation, and leading talent development across technical
verticals.
