Kido is looking for a Lead Teacher to join their international school team. Responsibilities

• Design and implement a curriculum that is engaging, developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to meet the learning needs of all children
• Plan and facilitate activities that promote children\'s physical, cognitive, social and creative development
• Provide a nurturing and safe environment that fosters positive relationships and emotional well-being
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to update them on children\'s progress and share best practices for home and school learning
• Support and mentor staff members to promote a positive learning culture and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety guidelines

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience teaching young children
• Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia or Waldorf Steiner educational approaches
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
