Job Description

We're hiring a 3rd Party Operations with Manufacturing & Procurement Lead to own vendor operations, third-party logistics, and sourcing. You'll ensure raw materials, packaging, and finished goods are procured cost-effectively and delivered on time. This role is at the core of ensuring operational excellence and supply chain reliability. You'll work cross-functionally across operations, logistics, procurement, and quality.

• Manage 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and warehouse partners
• Lead end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Forecast demand and align sourcing with production and sales
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with suppliers and logistics providers
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels across locations
• Collaborate with QA/QC to ensure compliance and product quality
• Develop and implement SOPs for procurement and vendor operations
• Leverage ERP and analytics tools for decision-making and reporting
• Conduct vendor audits and performance reviews regularly

Lead high-impact ops across top-tier vendors & 3PLsDrive procurement strategy in a fast-scaling environment

• 6-10 years in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations
• Experience managing 3PLs, co-manufacturers, and multi-site logistics
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Deep understanding of inventory control and demand planning
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and analytics tools
• Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
• Experience in a CPG, DTC, manufacturing, or e-commerce environment
