Job Overview About The Job Role Gainsight is building a world-class team of Engineers with a mandate to architect, design, build, scale, and maintain our cutting-edge customer intelligence repository and to apply \'predictive analytics\' techniques to mine the data and discover data patterns & drive insights. If you are a great python developer (or for that matter in any major programming languages) with experience in building scalable SaaS web applications and looking for an opportunity in building world-class products using cutting edge technologies, please read on - Qualifications What We\'re Looking For Hands-on experience with polyglot architecture, queuing mechanisms, and stream data Experience in product architecture design and development Demonstrated ability to convert product requirements to design scalable architecture Strong knowledge of Python and associated Data Structures Strong knowledge of working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) Strong knowledge of Rest APIs, authentication mechanisms. Work experience of test driven development. Ability to own/lead projects from conception to deployment. Knowledge of Django, Celery is a plus Responsibilities Experience : 6+ years What You\'ll Do Here Own / lead entire end to end application development including data pipelines, rest apis and dashboards Collaborate with other product teams and participate in the integration efforts Monitor the app performance in production and work on creation of necessary dashboards, documentation etc. Work to improve the test coverage of the existing code in production Work with the team in the development of the common engineering features required to provide support the different products Be responsible for and work to resolve any bugs related to the product Mentor junior members of the team on engineering best practices, etc. Values & Benefits Why You\'ll Love It Here Your job shouldn\'t stand in the way of your happiness-it should be a path to achieve it.
