As a Security Specialist at Kyndryl, you will play a crucial role in enabling and securing our customer organizations, cultures, and ecosystems. You will be responsible for Change and Incident Management on Network Security Platforms including Firewalls and will be first point of contact for any BAU related issues. The engineer must review each BAU related request / incident and plan the activities with minimal impact to customer environment. Need to have hands on experience in CheckPoint,Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet, CiscoFirewalls & Hyperscaler (Cloud based ) Firewalls on AWS, Azure etc. Should identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any hardware, software or configuration related incidents observed on any equipment across network. Responsible for preparing Method of Procedure for any configuration changes and follow Change management procedures. Responsible for completing any planned scheduled maintenance activities. Should be able to lead any incident calls with OEM technical support and provide any inputs required for restoration. Should have complete knowledge on URL Filtering Solutions on Popular Firewall Platforms On-Prem and on Cloudalong with Hyperscaler Firewall URL capabilities. Forcepoint and other platforms are required to have good hands on. Good hold on Content Inspection engines. Resolve Customer Escalations. Type of Experience: Global | SOC, Firewall Team | Technical specialist / Subject Matter Expert | Strong Customer liaising skills/exp Certifications needed: FortiGate and Juniper associate certifications, Palo alto Network security certification and CheckPoint Certified Security Expert(CCSE). Network specialization certification on any Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable. Required Skills Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Networking technology with at least 4+ years in Firewall Support with extensive hands-on experience in configuring, administering, and documenting firewall infrastructure. Hands -on skills & knowledge on working with Juniper SRX/ Palo Alto/ Checkpoint / Cisco / FortiGate Firewall& Cloud based Firewall on AWS, Azure etc. Should manage Multiple Firewall implementing security rules and mitigating network attacks. Should be skilled in Firewall and VPN (IPsec, Remote access) troubleshooting. Good Knowledge and working experience on cloud firewalls (Azure, AWS) Palo Alto Security Products (Firewall & IPS) is an added advantage. Maintain High Availability and Clustered firewall environments for customers. Proven Knowledge of IPS Software blades and others. Firewall troubleshooting and maintenance issues. Responsible for resolving the issues from the company and/or vendor documented resolutions. Knowledge on Log analysis and correlation of Monthly reports. Should be familiar with different firewall models, capabilities, and architectures. Supply data on resolvable firewall issues to the vendor Technical Assistance Centres (TAC) and, with assistance from the vendor technicians, advance towards full resolution of the issues and documentation of the process. Provide Support for VPN client Infrastructure ( IPSEC , Remote Access ) Ability to work in 24X7 environment and experience in handling provisioning related issues Preferred Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills. Good Presentation skills specially to capture, articulate & present findings, any Service improvement as part of Problem Analysis in Day 2 Operations Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Your responsibilities will be varied and dynamic, spanning asset classification models, risk assessment reports, information security policies, security solution scenarios, implementation plans, organization models, procedures, security services, security effectiveness evaluation reports, and security awareness workshops. You will be tasked with configuring, monitoring, and managing the performance of networks to maintain the quality of services, while also protecting organizational infrastructure from malicious cyber-attacks. As a key member of our team, you will assess, predict, prevent, and manage the risk of IT infrastructure and data, helping our customers stay ahead of the curve and ensure their systems are secure. You will develop and implement security policies and procedures, working closely with other departments to ensure that all security measures are in place and operating effectively. Preferred Education Qualification: Any Degree, BE/B. Tech, or MCA from a reputed institute. Required Skills and Experience .2+ years of experience in more than one of the following GRC frameworks enterprise risk management, internal audit, regulatory compliance management, policy management, third party risk management .Working knowledge of common audit and compliance tools .Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into control objectives, designing security controls, and implementation within a security management cycle .Excellent understanding of security standards and best practices e.g., ISO27001, NIST .Experience in advising clients on one or more regulatory requirements (e.g.,HIPAA, PCI DSS, FBA, GDPR, DORA) .Experience performing GRC maturity assessments .Experience with coordinating SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 audits Preferred Skills and Experience .Valid and current certification in: CRISC - Certified in Risk and Information System Controls CGEIT - Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT CERA - Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst CISM - Certified Information Security Manager CISA - Certified Information Security Auditor CISSP .Statistical analysis and models .Basic skills in network, compute, cloud computing .Understanding and daily use of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and other productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to accomplish audit and compliance related tasks .Experience with project management and ability to manage security initiatives or projects Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it\'s how we think and who we are.
