Lead - Sales Automation

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Roadmap
Define and implement the digital transformation strategy for distribution channels.
Identify opportunities for automation, self-service, and digital enablement for agents, partners, and customers.
Platform Development & Integration
Lead the design and deployment of digital platforms (Agent App, Partner Portal, POS tools).
Interface with Channel Partners for integration of systems and smooth launch.
Automate sales manual processes to reduce turnaround time
Enable real-time dashboards for sales performance, productivity, and compliance.
Use analytics to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experience.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Business, Channel Partners, IT, Operations, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution.
Manage vendor relationships for technology solutions.
Change Management
Drive cultural shift towards digital adoption within the distribution network.
Conduct workshops and communication campaigns to promote digital tools.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of health insurance distribution models.
Expertise in digital platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in insurance.
Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for decision-making.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Technology, or related field.
8-12 years of experience in sales transformation, digital initiatives, or distribution enablement in insurance or BFSI.
Minimum Experience Level
5 - 10 years
