We make use of multiple technological stack spread across Microsoft, Oracle, JAVA, Python and many new open sources.Providence Global Centre recently launched in Hyderabad, India as Global Capability Centre for Providence looking to leverage the India talent to help meet our global vision and scale our Information Services and products to the world of Cloud.About CRCA:Clinical & Revenue Cycle Applications is the pillar that focuses on end-to-end management enterprise level Clinical Applications within Providence including but not limited to production and technical support to end users, custom tool development, upgrade and implementation projects, application portfolio and lifecycle management, reporting etc.About the role:The Sr Software engineer is responsible for keeping enterprise-wide applications work efficiently and align with the architecture and business models to achieve optimal solutions for Providence and its customers.The Engineer is also responsible for troubleshooting, implementing, and maintaining documentation; developing and maintaining communication standards and guidelines; planning and implement automation, following agile best practices.Skills & Competencies

• Experience in Healthcare domain and hands-on experience of managing and troubleshooting large enterprise level clinical or revenue cycle applications is a must have.
• Should have hands on experience on RPA tools such as UIPath.
• Good understanding of Windows platform overall and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic experience (and certification) in cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
• Hands on experience in SQL query writing and performance tuning.
• Ability to build reports using Power BI, ServiceNow or any other reporting tool.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams.
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence.
• Work on improvising the existing reporting mechanisms and focus on areas for automation.
• Work closely with SMEs to understand the Application Architecture and workflow (Upstream and Downstream).
• Experience in Automating daily tasks utilizing any of the scripting languages like Python, PowerShell or tools like Selenium would be a plus.
• Understands and translates the business needs into system configuration and workflow validations.
• Hands on with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to define and meet individual goals consistent with organizational mission, quality, budget, customers, and financial results.

Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in related fields

Qualification:

• A bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field education/experience.
