Key Qualifications 12-15 years in Project Management within recognised consulting or client organisation Related experience, including corporate office environment and fast track delivery models Ability to connect and lead dispersed internal/external project teams Understanding of India construction methods and approval processes Experience with high-end local and International technical projects an advantage Professional Training and Certification CPM, PMI or IFMA certification desirable Verbal and written English - majority communication in English Proven track record in delivery of projects. Description Leadership and accountability for all Real Estate and Development project delivery across India including: - Support the local RE&D leadership with all aspects of project planning and delivery. - Utilise all of the project related online tools to maintain current project information - Closely support procurement and finance for all external party appointments and ongoing payments. - Manage all external parties appointed for project delivery - Strong oversight and support for with the EHS team locally and regionally to ensure the highest levels of safety are adhered to. - Hands-On provision of comprehensive PM tools & services manage single or multiple, simple to complex projects simultaneously - Adherence to the use of established protocols, tools & processes - strong compliance - Participate alone, or in team, for project strategy/delivery presentations to RE&D customers - Follow-up with Apple Stakeholders on project delivery tracking, issues/risks and results - Ensure project(s) meet Apple\'s time, cost, quality constraints & overall goals and objectives - Development of project planning, tools, standards, policies, guidelines and processes related to India/International Design, Construction and Project Management. - Strong communications and training related to simple and/or complex Design, Construction and Project Management issues - Advising and driving improvement changes for simple and/or complex Design, Construction and Project Management issues and strategies - Broad understanding of current security systems - Understanding of statutory requirements and planning processes - Good understanding of all AVCN systems Education & Experience BA/BS in relevant field or equivalent
