Roles and Responsibilities

• Provides expertise in analyzing learning needs, designing training solutions for customers within specialities (Neurosurgery, Urology, Hepato Biliary and colorectal and pelvic floor). Includes trainers and coordinators whose main task is to deliver the training content or make logistical arrangements for training programs.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
• Identify and manage at least one KOL for each relevant market in India (neuro, fusion, HepatoBilia, Colo/PelvicFloor)
• Develop clinical strategy for each speciality and product solution offered to customers.
• Provide after sales support, i.e. installation and clinical training, including support of clinical professionals in e.g. operation theatres
• Identify opportunities and initiate and drive activities like workshops, courses, exhibitions, road shows etc
• In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
• A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Required Qualifications

• Good understanding of ultrasound and applications of ultrasound in different clinical areas
• Comes with educational qualifications related to science and biology (preferably BSc or Biomedical)
• 6+ years of experience in application training and management in Ultrasound.

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
• Extensive and deep clinical understanding of medical equipment within the ultrasound segment including skills to operate such equipment
• Skills to develop training material and conduct training sessions; e.g. workshops
• Experience from preparing and conducting exhibitions
• Up-to-date business and professional knowledge including areas of regulatory importance within the sector mentioned and ability to engage with client\xe2\x80\x99s staff and management
