Role Overview
We are hiring for the role of Consulting Lead Product Management (PBM/Pharmacy Domain) to support our growing PBM/pharmacy initiatives in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product consulting engagements across PBM and pharmacy verticals.
- Manage, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of product managers.
- Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and roadmap.
- Standardize product management processes, artifacts, and delivery metrics.
- Drive innovation through domain research, benchmarking, and emerging tech in pharmacy.
- Act as an executive sponsor for strategic initiatives and major product releases.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmacy/PBM products with client-facing consulting exposure.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to U.S. healthcare market and regulatory trends is preferred
