Job Description
Experience : - 6-8 YearsQualification : - Any GraduationWorking Days : - 5Location : - MumbaiRole And Responsibilities: -
1. Should have in-depth knowledge of day-to-day processing of the below: -
- Trade Processing for Cash, F&O, Currency and Commodity segments.
- Daily Contract Note & Margin Statement Processing
- Daily EOD & RMS processing and verification of data after RMS process.
- Daily Margin Reporting to exchange and understanding of its calculation, weekly regulatory reporting's of Monitoring of client assets, Holding reporting, Cash and Cash equivalent.
- Other securities processes like Pay-in, Payout, Auctions, Holding, Margin pledge etc.
- Complete knowledge of corporate actions processing and its impact of daily process.
3. Implementing regulatory changes
4. Defining processes for new activities/projects/products and implementing them
5. Responsible for quality assurance and process compliance across products, activities and functions within the Operations team
6. Manage interface with control groups like Finance & Accounts, Compliance, Depository and Settlement sections
7. Should be good at in Excel and aptitude to learn & improve the processes.
Job Requirement
- MBA preferred
- 8 + years of experience with 3/ 4 years in relevant role
- Should have managed a team
- Should have managed entire trade life cycle Functional Skills
- Strong people management skills and experience
- Strong communication skills
- Good partnership skills to be able to work well with Front Office and Mid office teams
- Good technical understanding
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks, seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and disciplined go-getter who can drive results.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, especially with senior leadership.
