Key Responsibilities :
Training Program Design and Development :
Design, develop and update LSS training programs and materials based on the organization\'s needs, including curriculum, training modules, case studies, and exercises
Incorporate organizational best practices in Lean Six Sigma methodology into the training materials to ensure effectiveness
Customize training programs to address specific departmental or project requirements
Training Delivery :
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Lean Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt courses followed by customized courses on a variety of process improvement tools used in DMAIC and DMADV framework
Utilize various instructional techniques, such as presentations, group discussions, hands-on exercises, and simulations, to facilitate learning and knowledge retention
Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and audience backgrounds, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
Coaching and Mentoring :
Provide project coaching and mentoring to Green Belts, Black Belts, and other project team members throughout their LSS projects
Assist employees in selecting appropriate statistical and analytical tools, interpreting data, and identifying improvement opportunities
Guide project teams in applying LSS methodology to achieve measurable business outcomes
Continuous Improvement Support :
Collaborate with project teams to identify process improvement opportunities and guide them in implementing LSS projects
Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the impact of initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhanced effectiveness
Stay updated with the latest developments in process improvement methodologies, and related tools to continuously enhance training content and delivery
Stakeholder Engagement :
Work closely with organizational leaders to understand business objectives and align LSS training programs with strategic goals
Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) teams to identify training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and assess the impact of the training programs on organizational performance
Build strong relationships with project teams, champions, and stakeholders to promote the adoption of LSS methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement
