About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and client-oriented Presales Consultant to support our sales and delivery teams in driving impactful conversations with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in crafting technical solutions, proposals, and product demonstrations.Responsibilities- Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations.- Develop technical and functional responses to RFPs and other client documentation.- Understand client pain points and propose innovative, customized solutions that align with their business goals.- Assist in building proposals, solution architecture, pricing models, and value propositions.- Conduct product walkthroughs, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and pilot sessions with prospective clients.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Delivery, Tech teams) to ensure alignment of client requirements and deliverables.- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor positioning.- Support business development efforts with research, pitch decks, and strategy support.Required Skills & Qualifications- 8-12 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales roles.- Strong understanding of analytics, data science, AI/ML solutions, cloud technologies, or SaaS platforms.- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.- Ability to create solution documents, proposals, and architecture-level discussions.- Experience in conducting client workshops, requirement gathering, and product demonstrations.- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
