  • Collaborate with project teams in customizing, developing, integrating, and extending PowerApps Model Driven and Canvas architectures to meet client needs
  • Work with technology and design teams to support clients - including providing multiple options for solving architecture/design issues and presenting pros/cons for each
  • A detailed professional who knows how Model Driven applications work at an expert level with additional knowledge of Canvas applications
  • Adept at crafting Model Driven solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge with colleagues all over the globe
  • Yourknowhowwill find you working in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Lynchpin between clients, colleagues, and business partners in delivering solutions. Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
  • You are an excellent communicator, with strong client management skills, and a real passion for technology
  • You enjoy partnering with your clients to develop and lead a technology plan supported by leadership
  • You are a self-starter and creative thinker. Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Handles a wide variety of non-routine and difficult inquiries where the solution is not immediately apparent. Most complex problem solving may require developing solutions for complex and diverse issues that may be interrelated, requiring significant interpretation and the use of strong analytical skills. Applies extensive experience and knowledge of related and non-related precedents and policies
  • Actively participates in relevant corporateprograms/initiatives,complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3Ms values and ethical standards
General Qualifications/Experience:
  • IT Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • 4-9 yearsofexperience inin system design, application development, software engineering, or other related experience on the PowerApps platform with a focus on Model Driven solutions
  • Working with global and offshore teams to establish and maintain PowerApps technology
  • Hands-on experience with PowerApps technical solutions with a focus on Model Driven solutions
  • Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
  • Basic understanding of Digitalization of product, packaging of product, ecommerce, etc.
  • Experience developing & deploying business applications using Microsofts Dynamics Power Platform
  • Core Skills: C#, SQL,.Net, D365, PowerApps, Power BI, & Flow/Power Automate, Python
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts
  • Experience working with all business users levels
  • Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task is inherent in the job responsibilities
  • Ability to team working is inherent in the job responsibilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English
  • Must be able to travel internationally if needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Experience working with product master data applications
  • Experience working with Digital assets like images, documents presenting in ecommerce web sites
