Experience - 12 to 15 years Primary Skills required:

• Experience in enterprise Data Center Networking (Routing + Switching & Firewall)

• Good understanding on network technologies BGP, SNMP, HSRP / VRRP / GLBP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, ARP, Trunking, Port Channeling, IPsec / GRE , Wireshark

• Experience with routing protocols specially EIGRP, OSPF, BGP

• Experience with design and implementing SDN - Software Defined Network / SDDC - Software Defined Data Center environments, SDWAN ( Dell Versa)

• Platform knowledge on Cisco/Dell /Palo Alto

• Analyzing configurational requirements of devices and providing configuration possibilities

• Knowledge on Virtualization fundamentals, VMware networking concepts is good to have

• Ability to drive the network incident, outages, and deep diving to find the root cause and prevention plan

• Understanding of ITIL processes

• Perform change controls and update process documentations, skillset in Visio

• Ability/flexibility for shift and weekend calls to support of 24x7 operation

• Expertise in Dell Switching preferred, Extreme and Cisco switching expertise is also welcome

• Dell Versa SDWAN expertise preferred

• Must have sound understanding of AWS and Azure networking fundamentals, DirectConnect, ExpressRoute, MPLS

• Must have sound understanding of Palo Alto Firewall environment, IPSec, GRE, ACLs

• Good understanding of core Enterprise Datacenter management fundamentals : AAA, Config Backup, SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow, CMDB

• Familiarity with network scripting : Python ( Netmiko, Paramiko), Ansible, Terraform

• Hands on familiarity with Windows Servers and Linux OS

• Ability to lead 24x7 teams, roster management, leave management, KPI Analysis, Management readout preparations

Excellent troubleshooting skills, maturity to drive outages to conclusion and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with external stakeholders
