The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Materials Management-Technical Manager Roles & Responsibilities : Preparing Equipment/Material master Data. Creating Asset hierarchy by identification of Equipment Tags from given Input drawings (PEFS, PFS,UEFS, UFS, P&ID& SLD). Preparation of Equipment Tag Number & Functional Location Hierarchy by using Input Drawings. Assigning Correct SupFunctLocation, Technical Object Type, WBS Element & Plant Section against each Equipment.Identifying the Safety Critical Elements and Performance standards with Assurance measuresCreating and developing the class templates for all equipment\'s. Updating manufacturer details from data sheets or missing data. Equipment technical specifications updating from manuals, data sheet, vendor documents. Preparing deliverable templates for submitting the same in SAP through creating the Z6 notification for SAP upload. Preparing CIMS, Maintenance Plan & Safety Critical Element Templates.Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Schedules. Preparation of Bill of Materials (Equipment BOM) by using Vendor recommended spare parts list and drawings and linking of Material number with Equipments. Desired to have oil and gas product knowledge Required Skills (Technical Competency):SAP MMSupply chain management Required Qualifications & Competencies: Engineering degree (Mechanical or Materials) 15-20 yrs oil gas experience in related industry (refining/petrochemical/LNG/oil&gas) Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication (written and verbal) in interacting with multinational customers/ site engineers and in answering technical queries. Maintains project database and adherence to company/customer quality assurance process. Should be able to train and mentor junior team member by creating training material and conducting training sessions. Required Soft Skills: Able to prepare information and communication in a clear and concise manner for different audiences Thinks clearly during rapidly changing situations and respond to questions even when unexpected Values and is ready to learn from different points of view Knows how organizations and industry works and how to obtain results through formal channels and informal networks Comprehends and integrates available data into usable formats to assist with work Asks questions to understand problems and gathers information needed to identify cause Desired skills: Experience in pressure relief device sizing and selection Exposure to Upstream,Down stream Facilities Engineering activities Experience with SharePoint for document management Meets quality standards in executing tasks and assures that all details of a given task are accomplished Shows resilience and works effectively after a setback or disappointment to adjust and pursue goals until they are achieved
