Summary

Drive ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 Management Systems for the Site. Drive Site Quality KPI across Operations Teams and Supplier. Lead Process Quality initiatives and improvements for manufacturing. Drive and Coordinate with Site and Global Team for the Quality KPI’s. Coordinate with Centre of Excellence UK for Process, Supplier Quality Issues, and Improvements. Deploy 8D , Six Sigma Tools for Actions resolutions related to Major Process, Supplier Quality Issues, and Customer Complaints. Lead Customer Audits, Process Audits, Systems Audits, Supplier Special process Audits. Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Roles and Responsibilities Handling ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 External Audits Lead and Perform ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Internal Audits, Process Audits and Supplier Audits. Drive Site Quality KPI’s across Operational Team and Supplier Coordinate with Global Team for Quality KPI’s, Internal and External Audits, Non-Conformity, Initial Quality Defects. Drive Poke Yoke (L1L2) across all processes Facilitate Weekly Meetings with COE for Process and Supplier Quality Issues and Improvements Coordinate with Sourcing, Operational Teams & Supplier quality for qualification of Supplier/ Products/Catalogue Items Supplier Performance improvements - Issue resolution/ Escalation/ Investigation Investigation of major Customer and Supplier issues using quality tools like 8D / PSR. Report monthly GSC Quality KPIs and participate in Operation Reviews for Quality Global and Site Level Coordinate with Team for Manufacturing Quality plan Creation, Updating Customers and New Customer Applications Analyze & Review supplier performance on periodical basis & Propose improvement actions by adopting advanced Lean concepts & strategic actions. Manage problems and schedule changes via Problem solving methodologies. Engaging factory cross-function teams to ensure proper Quality strategies execution. Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy. Focused on execution of activities within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Prior experience/knowledge in sheet metal processing, powder coating, electroplating, injection molding components, welding as a quality engineer. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical with Minimum of 6 Years of Experience.
• Experience as a Quality manager or in a similar position.
• Candidates from Automotive/ Electro-Mechanical industries will have added advantage
• Lead auditor in ISO 9001 & ISO 27001
• Deep knowledge of Quality Concepts and Tools
• Proficiency in 8D, A3, SAP
• Preferably certified Six Sigma Green Belt
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead the teams.
