Job Context :
UltraTech has seen rapid organic & inorganic growth in capacity (ie. 192+ mtpa) and which enable us to secure place in Top 3 global cement player by capacity (ex. China). The growth came with challenges of large scale and size to meet new market paradigm (ie. Demand vs Supply)
The role of the Lead TA is to support the organization's rapid growth by attracting & onboarding top talent aligned with strategic goals.
Role Overview
As the Lead - Leadership Hiring, you will be responsible for driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives for senior roles across Manufacturing and Head Office functions. This role demands a strong understanding of business needs, stakeholder management, and innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier leadership talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for senior leadership roles in alignment with workforce planning and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Rewards teams to ensure job descriptions reflect current and future business needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of channels including employee referrals, social media, and executive search partners.
  • Evaluate hiring proposals and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership for best role-fit hire.
  • Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement for leadership hires.
  • Launch cost-effective recruitment campaigns and initiatives aligned with business goals
2. Talent Staffing & Process Excellence
  • Oversee recruitment operations including appointment letters, background verification, onboarding, for senior roles.
  • Monitor, track compliance and integrity in hiring practices.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Lead induction programs for senior hires to ensure seamless integration.
3. Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy
  • Analyse workforce plans, cost structures, and productivity metrics to identify talent gaps at senior management category.
  • Design and implement strategic hiring roadmaps for senior management.
  • Partner with HRBPs to proactively address talent needs and acquisition challenges for senior management category.
4. Vendor Management
  • Manage recruitment vendor relationships, including performance evaluation and governance.
  • Collaborate with vendors to enhance external employer branding.
  • Ensure adherence to vendor governance frameworks and process standards.
5. Employer Branding
  • Partner with the Employer Branding team to execute impactful campaigns for lateral hiring.
  • Promote the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract high-caliber talent.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report key HR metrics related to talent acquisition and branding.
  • Track, monitor and prepare basis dashboards actionable insights and dashboards to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
