Qualifications
SUCCESSFUL RECRUITERS HAVE:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years of proven experience in recruiting/sourcing talent for a range of positions; financial services industry is preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, creative, proactive, and understand the urgency and confidentiality of the recruiting function; Can source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings
• Passionate about sourcing passive and diverse talent
• Have demonstrated experience in building/cultivating strong relationships with candidates/staffing sources
• Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems as well as experience recruiting through the use of job boards, social media, and networking
• You love recruiting and see it as your mission to provide an amazing experience for all the candidates and hiring leaders you work with
• Have knowledge of current HR law regarding employment
• Are autonomous but not afraid to ask for help when needed
• Are not only driven by individual success but the by the success of the team
• Have the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
• Knowledge of building personal networks (Employee Resource Groups, User Groups, Community Organizations, etc) and Social Networking (LinkedIn, Spoke, Twitter, Google+, etc)
• Accomplish tasks and responsibilities in accordance with scheduled deadlines without sacrificing quality standards; demonstrates punctuality in both work performance and attendance
• Consultative and influencing skills
• Excellent understanding of the internet as a sourcing tool
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, professionalism, and the highest level of discretion
• Sharp, quick, aggressive ability to deal with business; demonstrate business communication and writing skills
