Managing end to end recruitment for various clients.
End-To-End Recruitment - From Sourcing to On-boarding, Candidate Assessment.
Sourcing & scrutinizing the profiles basis the requirements using various tools such as job boards, social media, networking & headhunting.
Ensuring that profiles are sourced, screened, validated & shared with hiring managers within the agreed timelines.
Must be attentive to details / detail oriented.
Updating the ATS as well as other VMS tools with relevant information.
Scheduling the interviews with hiring managers & client stakeholders.
Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
Conducting interviews
