SUPPORTING ACTIONS
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & INNOVATION

• Designing & developing new investment products
• Enhancing existing products basis market feedback
• Incorporating technological advancements to improve product/process offerings

MARKET & COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

• Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs & competitive products
• Analyzing competitor strategies and adjusting internally/externally via products and journeys

WORK WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, including Business Unit and marketing.

• Ensure that everyone is aligned with the company's goals and objectives and working towards a common vision.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

• Ensuring all products & process comply with regulation & standards

• Staying updated with regulatory changes and adjusting products/journeys to remain complaint

SALES & DISTRIBUTION PERFORMANCE

• Monitoring & optimizing performance of various distribution channels

• Ensuring effective product training & support for sales team

• Driving sales growth & market penetration for Insurance & Investments products

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & RETENTION

• monitoring customer satisfaction & feedback
• Develop strategies to retain existing customers & reduce churn
