Planning, researching, and designing reliable, powerful, and flexible security (ICS) controls for all IT projects
Providing automation solution for vulnerability patch management and ICS Controls not limited to MFA, DAMB, Privileged ID Management, Network Segmentation etc.
Researching the latest security standards, new security systems, and updated authentication protocols
Defining, creating, implementing, and maintaining all needed solutions on corporate security policies and procedures for ICS remediation

Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
Governance
Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group's arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas
Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
Responsible for delivering 'effective governance'; capability to challenge fellow executives effectively; and Willingness to work with any local regulators in an open and cooperative manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree or Equivalent with specialised in: Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Computer Security/Networking
13-16 Years of Industry Experience in Cyber Security product and solutions
Strong understanding and implementation experience on "Application Security" - Authentication, Authorization, Encryption, Code Security, OWASP, Key Management, HSM and etc
Security domain knowledge in Application Security, network security, cyber defence, infra and end point security, and cloud security
Drives innovation to ensure differentiated products and solutions developed in the market and relevant to the respective verticals of focus
Capacity to engage, influence stakeholders and drive virtual cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner
Capacity to define the strategic, drive and deliver strategic direction
