Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
4-7 years of experience with:
Java, Selenium * Testing methodologies including TDD, BDD, and API testing
Agile project management tools like JIRA
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain test automation systems and tools
Analyze code coverage using tools like SonarQube
Integrate automated tests into the Continuous Delivery (CD) pipeline
Design and write test cases for:
Unit Testing
Functional Testing
Performance Testing
Scalability Testing
Durability Testing
Manage automated and manual test suites to ensure balanced test coverage and fast feedback
Collaborate with IT teams to automate or modify test data generation processes
Train internal teams on testing tools and best practices
Contribute to the Test Community of Practice to evolve testing standards
Lead defect management efforts and coordinate with external teams on test strategies
Ensure requirements/user stories are testable and provide time estimates
Work with Dev and Ops teams to meet quality standards
Participate in design and code reviews
Handle other duties or projects as assigned by management
