Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION . Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for potential automation candidates in a Retail environment . Collect and document of business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts . Facilitate process workflow modelling for process improvements and automation capabilities . Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns . Identify issues and risks . Identify the inconsistencies and problems for the customer . Participate in the problem resolution . Prepare incident details for post-mortem incident reviews . Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review . Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all policies and processes . Create the business requirement document, use case document and diagrams . Act us the bridge between the technical team and the customers business operation team . Work independently and engage customers REQUIREMENTS: . 6+ years of experience in business analysis . Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management or similar relevant filed . Excellent organizational and time management skills . Outstanding communication and presentation skills . Should have Critical thinking, Creative problem-solving skills and analytical skills . Should be Data-driven . Experience in different development methodologies (Agile, Lean Product Development, Waterfall) . Must have capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently . Good understanding on RPA and automation tools in the industry . Expertise in establishing processes and practice assets for large teams . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and charismatic presence for public speaking
