WORK SHIFT: General

RESPONSIBLITIES: * Managing and leading the talent acquisition across all verticals while partnering with Business to identify Talent needs

• Collaborating with business to align HR strategies with business objectives
• Implementing the performance management process , working with business leaders to enhance the performance improvement & development
• Managing employee relations and grievances and be the single point of resolving the employee issues
• Implementing and developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention
• Managing the labour laws and ensuring the HR policies are in line with labour laws & regulations
• Identifying the training needs and devise the L&D programs accordingly

REQUIREMENTS * Qualified MBA from Tier 1 college/institute with 7+ years of experience in human resources

• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management activities, along with experience in leading teams
• Well versed with labour laws & regulations and hands-on in formulating policies
• Should have team management experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products
• Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
