Job Description


1. Onboarding, engagement and L&D. Administration of the ELC activities, governance of headcount & processes, andmanaging sales office compliances
2. To manage all employee relation issues by advising, decision making on award of punishment, identifying gapsleading to ER issues, drafting of disciplinary letter, maintaining ER tracker, holding enquiry and investigation, bridgebetween central ER, legal and IA team, imparting ER training

I. Plan and execute recruitment process everymonth for PAN India by functioning betweenHRBPs and shared services partner. - Accountable for ensuring below activities for PAN India
Preliminary screening of profiles
Creating profile in RCM for candidate.
Lining up interviews with business stakeholders andHRBPs as per SOPs
Ensuring document upload in TyDy.
Ensuring statutory form submission online bycandidate.
Ensuring smooth allotment of IPADs to new joiners
Ensuring separation of candidate from previousorganisation.

II. Execute and ensure smooth onboarding ofnew joinees. - Accountable for ensuring below activities through TeamMembers
Planning MiCipla induction for all new employees.
Inviting candidate for MiCipla HR Field Induction.
Micipla induction programme
Ensure all login credentials are shared with newjoinees in timely manner
Ensuring new joinee to take Global Micipla Induction.

III. Managing employee life cycle activities - Accountable for ensuring below activities through TeamMembers
Execution of monthly promotion cycle
Organising evaluation process of IJP applicants
Execution of monthly transfer/ role change request with100% accurac

IV. Execute L&D initiatives for development ofinternal talent - Accountable for ensuring below activities through TeamMembers
Psychometric test is undertaken by participants and
Collaborate with L&D as per identified needs
Ensure registration of participants in L & D program.
Facilitating L&D initiatives in partnership with L & DTeam
Imparting need-based workshops/sessions onbehavioural and people management skills

V. Implement employee engagement activities(common for all cluster) to create employeefriendly work environment - Accountable for ensuring below activities through TeamMembers
Executing monthly/quarterly employee engagementactivities across levels
Celebrating milestones promotions/work anniversarieson monthly basis

VI. Internal Communication - Accountable for disseminating information to fieldemployee on below matters.
Communication to filed employees on corporateinitiatives.
Real time information to filed employee on situation onground involving threat of personal injury andpossibilities of involved in undesirable circumstanceslike violence, harsh weather condition etc..

VII. Other Miscellaneous responsibilities - COVID 19 and other activities pertaining to safeguardof employee like, authorisation letter, vaccination drive,quarantine facility.
Recurring activities like pharmacovigilance survey.
Any other priorities and activities as directed by theorganisation.

VIII. Sales office compliances - Managing compliances of all sales offices across India
Ensuring adherence to Cipla statutory compliancerequirements

IX. Employee Relations and disciplinaryproceeding. - Keep business running smoothly by balancingemployee and management relation
Implement policies and procedure.
Resolve workplace conflict
Address employee concern
Advice manager.
Conduct enquiry, investigation and disciplinaryproceeding on case to case basis in line withorganizational policy and law of land.
Drafting of disciplinary letters.
Awarding punishment basis principle of natural justice
Counselling and advising sales team.
