The Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Chennai

The Big Picture: Dedicated HR resource who can perform end to end in the aspects of administrative

services, performance management, change management, statutory compliance, payroll management and

employee relationship management

What you'll do:

• Improving and monitoring employee productivity &maintaining employee databases

• Reviewing and approving or modifying budgets

• Coordinating the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from

• Create detailed reports on HR costs

• Evaluating staffing needs

• Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures

• Monitor key HR metrics

• Address employees' queries (e.g., on compensation and labour regulations)

• Handles payroll in all aspects of preparing and distributing employees' payments

• Applying and interpreting audit and compliance requirements for various departments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions with little information

• Structuring compensation and benefit packages.

• In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations

• 3 -5 years of experience in HR Operations/ Business Partner/ Generalist/ Executive/ Talent Engagement.

• Strong leadership skills, Analytical skills, Meticulous attention to details, good people skills.

• A fluent command of English.

• Preferred fields of study: MBA/ MSW Human Resource Management

• Ability to work Independently and proficiency in organizational skills

• Proficient in skill gap analysis
