What you would doLead a design team for global and Indian markets. Create online and offline campaigns that span advertising, brochures, catalogues, flyers, newsletters, web graphic design and so on.
Be adept with photography and videos and their editing.
Provide creative direction as well as set brand guidelines. Illustrate or e-illustrate, be adept space management, typography, creating refreshing design styles. And prepare finished art.
Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers and fabricators as necessary.
Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.Who you will report toSenior Brand Manager, Marketing Director and the VP, Business Development based out of USA.What you needPassion in marketing, advertising, design and fashion.
Reasonably good in speaking and writing English.
Good at Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Advanced Photoshop. Knowledge of CorelDRAW a plus.
Good understanding of photography with a keen sense for product and lifestyle imagery.
Well acquainted with Microsoft Applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint.
Knowledge of HTML, animation, video-editing, web techniques and fabrication would be a plus.
Ability to identify emerging trends, balance creative thinking with commercial viability and interpret them for product ranges.Acutely aware of B2B and B2C communication best practices with respect to digital marketing including newsletters.
Understand campaign development, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Desire to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Strong leadership skills and a high sense of ownership.
Time-management and interpersonal/team-working skills.
Attention to detail along with decision making skills.
Degree or diploma in graphics, art, design, communication or related field with a minimum of 6 years in similar role is desirable.
Must have a compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
