Job Summary . Lead - Gold Loans/Lead - Gold Loans Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases . Processing requisitions Capital and Non-Capital nature . Floating enquiries demand of quotations & preparation of comparison statements. . Arrangement of negotiating meeting with lowest bidder with better price. . Releasing of Purchase Order in SAP. . Follow up with supplier for material delivery. . Co-ordination with various branches & Regional Managers for procurement matters. . Co-ordination with Finance and Accounts for prompt payments to vendor. . Managing business stationery across PAN India branches. . Material delivery inspection issuance and monitoring the dispatches from vendor\'s place. . Developing a reliable & cost-effective vendor base for ensuring timely supplies of standard material. . Maintaining inventory control & zero down time in account of material issues as per requirement. . Closure of Open Po\'s settlement of vendor advances . Liaise between suppliers manufacturers finance and end users. . Evaluate vendors on the basis commercial and technical factors . Support to Infrastructure team for basic infrastructure required at new branches. . Negotiations with MEP vendors for various projects implemented at Head office . Procurement of Cars under company car scheme . Employee Car transfer / RTO Tax Refund . Renewal of Motor insurance of company cars . Procurement of Gift items to special events in just in time. . Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers. . Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment. . Maintain records of purchases pricing and other important data Required Qualifications and Experience . 1. Graduation , Post-graduation in B.com 2. Experience of 5+ years. Should have sound 3. SAP MM Module experience, Expert in Excel. 4. He should have the knowledge of latest Acts and government policies with regard to the materials to be purchased 5. He should be well aware of the market conditions and should have market data like sources of supply, demand and supply of specified materials, price levels, reliable suppliers, ground reality in market, terms and conditions of supply, routes of supply and purchasing formalities in hand 6. To implement cost control measures & initiate time saving activities.
