Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing requisitions Capital and Non-Capital nature \xe2\x80\xa2 Floating enquiries demand of quotations & preparation of comparison statements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrangement of negotiating meeting with lowest bidder with better price. \xe2\x80\xa2 Releasing of Purchase Order in SAP. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with supplier for material delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordination with various branches & Regional Managers for procurement matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordination with Finance and Accounts for prompt payments to vendor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing business stationery across PAN India branches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Material delivery inspection issuance and monitoring the dispatches from vendor\xe2\x80\x99s place. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing a reliable & cost-effective vendor base for ensuring timely supplies of standard material. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining inventory control & zero down time in account of material issues as per requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Closure of Open Po\xe2\x80\x99s settlement of vendor advances \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise between suppliers manufacturers finance and end users. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate vendors on the basis commercial and technical factors \xe2\x80\xa2 Support to Infrastructure team for basic infrastructure required at new branches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiations with MEP vendors for various projects implemented at Head office \xe2\x80\xa2 Procurement of Cars under company car scheme \xe2\x80\xa2 Employee Car transfer / RTO Tax Refund \xe2\x80\xa2 Renewal of Motor insurance of company cars \xe2\x80\xa2 Procurement of Gift items to special events in just in time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain records of purchases pricing and other important data




Required Qualifications and Experience
* 1. Graduation , Post-graduation in B.com 2. Experience of 5+ years. Should have sound 3. SAP MM Module experience, Expert in Excel. 4. He should have the knowledge of latest Acts and government policies with regard to the materials to be purchased 5. He should be well aware of the market conditions and should have market data like sources of supply, demand and supply of specified materials, price levels, reliable suppliers, ground reality in market, terms and conditions of supply, routes of supply and purchasing formalities in hand 6. To implement cost control measures & initiate time saving activities.
