Job Description


Position Summary: Your primary responsibility as a Lead Generation Executive is to generate leads and manage the lead generation process, as well as to handle all inbound enquiries and leads received through various marketing channels in the B2B firm. Data profiling, market research, email campaigns, cold calling, and creating relationships with prospects are all part of the job. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Handling & Nurturing: Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming enquiries via phone calls, emails, website forms, social media, or any other marketing channels. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize them accordingly for further follow-up. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before handing them over to the sales team for further processing. Provide detailed lead information and context to the sales team to facilitate seamless follow-up. Data Profiling and Market Research: Conduct thorough data profiling to identify potential clients in the target market. Perform market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Email Campaigns and Cold Calling: Execute effective email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads. Conduct cold calls to introduce the company\'s offerings, identify decision-makers, and create interest in the products. Database Management: Record all lead-related information, interactions, and updates in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Ensure that lead data is kept up-to-date and accurate at all times. Follow-up: Initiate outbound calls or emails to follow up on leads that require further information or require nurturing. Regularly follow up with leads to keep them engaged and interested in the company\'s offerings. Reporting and Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Excellent written and verbal abilities (Hindi Mandatory) 2. Proven lead generating experience, ideally in a B2B environment. 3. Expertise in handling B2B Platforms (Indiamart, GetMy Machines etc.,) 4. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems. 5. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand data and develop actionable insights (KPIs). 6. Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales departments. 7. Self-motivated with a focus on results. 8. Excellent organizing and time management abilities. 9. Familiarity with relevant industry trends and effective lead generating practices. 10. Previous experience with marketing automation and email workflows is highly appreciated. 11. Excellent overall digital marketing mix and understanding lead generation, pipeline metrics, analytics, and so forth. 12. Strong communication skills with an excellent understanding of how to communicate with different audience.
