This is a senior consulting role focused on designing and delivering scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions for enterprise clients. The position blends business analysis, functional consulting, and stakeholder advisory to drive digital transformation using Microsoft technologies.

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 CE solutions.
• Oversee configuration, customisation, and integration of Dynamics 365 applications aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define development and data migration strategies.
• Provide quality assurance, documentation, and mentoring across the functional consulting team.
• Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap and identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.

• Experience leading project teams and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions across multiple industries.
