We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer- Front End Application Development with experience in on Frontend technologies - web and hybrid mobile and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. Roles and responsibilities Working closely with product, design, and development teams to ideate software solutions RD projects to explore new ideas and experiments Extend the vision of the designer with thoughtful details Design innovative technical solutions to shape a quickly evolving product. Requirements Essential Skills 7+ years of professional experience in Frontend technologies - web and hybrid mobile with building production ready applications. Professional experience with React (JS Native) and/or Angular (8+) Good knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries, such as HTML, CSS/SASS/SCSS, Bootstrap/Tailwind, TypeScript, and JavaScript Good communication skills, attention to detail, experience with client handling Good understanding of data structures and algos Good understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Experience with Web Components a major plus Experience with backend technologies like Java, C#, Node, Python is a plus Very strong design, architecture, and development skills with an ability to switch over to new technology with ease Desired Skills : Experience of having worked in innovation labs in organization will be an add on- Strong coordination skills to work with stakeholders across geographies with good and clear communication skills Capability to understand software design concepts and ideas into reality using front end technology. Understanding of Modularization Componentization Very strong skills to work on all aspects of an application platform covering front end, with understanding of back end, database, cloud services, tools and frameworks.
