Location: Chandni Chowk, Delhi (Client\'s Place) Job Type: Full-time About Us: Maximalist is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency based in Noida. We partner with businesses to create impactful advertising campaigns and social media strategies. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Follow-up Manager (Female) to join our team and work closely with our prestigious jewellery trader client based in Chandni Chowk. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and follow up on leads generated through campaigns.
• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with potential customers to provide information about the jewellery products and address any inquiries they may have.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales process.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Regularly update the client\'s database with relevant information.
• Gather feedback from leads and provide insights to the team for campaign optimization.
• Identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve future lead-generation efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation, follow-up, or customer relationship management.
• Background in the jewelry industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage a high volume of leads effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant software.
• Comfortable using various communication channels, including phone and email.
