Purpose Build key deliverables as per project timelines and understanding the complete customer requirement for fixture design. Technical Skills Mathematical skills. Strong analytical thinking Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. Strong knowledge of design technique and tool. Proficiency in computers and electronics. Knowledge of production processing. Involved in Design Failure Mode and Effective Analysis. Assembling mechanical, electrical and electronic component to make complex mechatronic system. Programming and installing finished equipment according to circuit diagrams and design drawing. Develop and document detailed, testable software functional requirements. Analyse the impact of software design on the use of system resource. Special Requirement Able to co-ordinate with cross functional teams to resolve quality issue within organization. Experience in various electronic Gadgets related fixture design. Experience in various electronic Gadgets related cosmetic fixture. Able to co-ordinate with vendors to meet design indent during PDI. Able to understand the Laser, Glue dispensing and pick & place type of machines. Able to understand the fixture handling practices. Ability to interpret the variations with actual design. Carrying out failure analysis and finding solutions to fixture integrations problems. Additional Technical Skills Programmable relay logic, PLC, SCADA, LAB-view, CAD software Responsibilities Concept development for the mechanical and electrical/electronic elements integration. Based on the fixture application selection of electrical elements and programming logics. Creating the electrical circuit dwg and PLC programming. Mechanical and electrical integration. BOM preparation and validation. Design calculation for electrical drive selection. Identifying potential areas of improvement and recommending modifications. Understanding the client and consumer\'s problems and developing solutions to overcome them. Attending workshops, training sessions, conferences, and different courses to upskill oneself to stay on top of field upgradation. Qualification BE /B. Tech degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics.
