Epsilon is currently seeking a highly driven Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Lead to partner Epsilon's APAC and Middle East commercial business. As an FP&A Lead, you'll be a key part of the company's growth efforts working in close partnership with our Accounting, HR, Sales and Client services organization. This is an individual contributor role and will report to the FP&A Director based in Bangalore.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Drive key financial reporting, consolidation and timely reporting of APAC financials.
  • Responsible for Budget and Monthly forecasts for APAC
  • Work closely with business stake holders on financials and track progress against the budget/forecasts and to monitor the risk and opportunities.
  • Timely and accurate delivery of scheduled reports.
  • Customer profitability analysis
  • Analyzing, and reporting quantitative data, perform ad hoc analyses.
  • Standardize reporting and forecasting within BI tool.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience working in a similar Finance / Business role
  • CA, CWA, MBA preferred
  • Experience working in the software/technology industry preferred
  • Understanding of revenue recognition accounting principles, US GAAP and IFRS
  • Experience working with multiple time zones and cultures preferred
  • Experience developing financial models in Excel using multiple data sources
  • Experience working with various levels of an organization including leadership, peers, and junior team members
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage projects supporting multiple business partners
