Role Overview:SnapFind is seeking a highly driven and experienced Export Sales Lead with a strong background in the FMCG (food) industry, particularly in private or white labelling. The ideal candidate will have deep connections with FMCG buyers, a proven record of managing high sales volumes, and extensive experience in export markets-especially across South Asia and Europe.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales- Lead B2B sales for private/white label FMCG food products- Generate and manage a minimum monthly sales target of INR 5 crore (~$600,000)- Expand the distributor and stockist network in key export markets- Drive sales growth in South Asian and European markets.Export Market Strategy:- Develop and implement export sales strategies- Manage distribution across Asia and/or Africa- Ensure compliance with EXIM laws and international trade regulations- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful new product launches (NPD)Client & Distributor Management:- Maintain strong relationships with FMCG buyers and key decision-makers (GM, Director levels)- Oversee JBP (Joint Business Planning), market spend, and ROI tracking- Lead sales forecasting for both primary and secondary sales- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for channel and distribution managementFinancial & Strategic Planning:- Prepare and manage budgets, pricing models, and financial forecasts- Ensure accurate P&L analysis and value chain optimization- Track market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activity to guide business decisions.Travel Requirements:- Willingness to travel internationally to support export markets as required.Mandatory Requirements:- Proven experience in FMCG (food) export business with a focus on private/white labelling- Currently managing a business turnover of at least $5 million annually- Minimum 7 years of B2B sales and end-to-end sales cycle experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in:- Sales forecast accuracy (primary and secondary)- Managing distributors in international markets- Market activation spend and ROI tracking- Strong network of FMCG buyers and decision-makers- Sound understanding of EXIM compliance, pricing, and export documentation- Background in working across multi-cultural and international teamsSkills & Competencies:- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets- Strategic thinker with problem-solving and initiative-taking mindset- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems- In-depth understanding of pricing strategies, market demands, and shopper trends- Strong analytical and financial planning skills- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: On-site (Delhi/NCR preferred)Travel: As required to support international export marketsSend your updated resume & cover letter at.
