Job Description

Responsibilities:

Engineering Design and Analysis:

o Oversee civil engineering design activities, including site layout, foundation design, and structural analysis, for onshore and coastal projects.

o Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and applicable regulations.

o Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to the engineering team.

o Effective communication and collaboration skills for integration of civil structures with multidisciplinary teams, including piping, mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineers, as well as environmental and regulatory specialists.

Team Leadership and Development:

o Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and drafters, providing technical guidance and professional development opportunities.

o Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed project documentation, including engineering reports, design drawings, and project status updates

Desirable skills:

Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, management, and clients.

Proficiency in relevant engineering software, such as CAD tools, structural analysis software, and project planning tools.

Proven experience in civil engineering, with a focus on onshore and coastal infrastructure projects in the oil and gas industry.

Knowledge of coastal engineering concepts, offshore construction techniques, and dealing with dynamic marine environments for marine infrastructure projects.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
